Pence Promoting Tax Reform Plan

Vice-President Mike Pence is continuing to promote the Republican Tax Proposal that the president introduced in Indianapolis Wednesday.

The Vice President told a crowd of manufacturing workers at an automotive supplier outside Detroit yesterday that the president’s tax proposal would allow businesses to create more jobs and pay employees more.

He described the plan as “pro-growth, pro-job, pro-worker, and pro-family.” He said it calls for tax cuts for working families, a repeal of the “death tax,” and a reduction of the corporate tax rate.

Meanwhile, Democrats have spent the past two days denouncing the proposal, claiming it cuts taxes for wealthy Americans at the expense of the working class.
