Study Committee Votes For Sunday Alcohol Sales

An Indiana legislative study committee tasked with reviewing the state’s alcohol laws has voted to recommend the allowance of Sunday alcohol sales.

The recommendations from the Alcohol Code Revision Commission suggests it only be allowed between noon and 8 p-m on Sundays.

The commission still has two more scheduled meetings and will present its full, final recommendations to the General Assembly ahead of the start of session in January, but Sunday sales will be included.
