Two former Muncie basketball greats are headed to the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame. Marty Echelbarger was a member of Central’s 1963 State Championship team and spent 35-years coaching teams around the state. Jimmie Howell coached at Muncie South in the 1990s before going to his alma mater at Lapel and leading them to a state championship. Both men will be inducted to the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame in March.

The Salvation Army of Kokomo will present the 47th annual Howard County Seniors Christmas Luncheon this Thursday.  The luncheon will be held at 11:30 a-m in the Fellowship Hall of the First Evangelical Presbyterian Church.

Seniors are invited, but reservations are required.
