The Kokomo City Council has given final approval on rezoning measures for The Grove on Mulberry, a townhome project to be located at the corner of Apperson Way and Mulberry Street.
The rezonings shift the property from commercial to residential and will allow for a needed parking lot.
With the council’s approval completed, developers say construction on the The Grove should begin in March.
