Add IU Health-Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie to the list of spots that are now open as warming centers for those who need heat during the frigid weather.
Ball Hospital joins Muncie City Hall and the city’s seven fire stations as places those without heat can go to get warm while temperatures are bitterly cold.
