Cannabis oil could soon be legal for anyone to buy and sell in Indiana, and Governor Eric Holcomb says he won’t stand in the way.
Holcomb says he’s not supporting any particular bill among several moving through the legislature, but he says he has no problem with making C-B-D oil available to anyone. The oil doesn’t contain enough of the active ingredient in marijuana to get you high, and Holcomb says the law needs to include a hard cap on how much of that chemical the product can contain.
