The Indiana House yesterday approved the takeover of Muncie Schools by Ball State University.
By a vote of 65-to-26, the House authorized Ball State to take over the governing of Muncie Schools. The Senate will vote on the issue next week.
State-appointed emergency managers are currently in charge of the finances of Muncie Schools…which currently has a 12-million dollar deficit.
