Second Harvest Food Bank of East Central Indiana has cancelled the tailgate food distribution in Muncie that was scheduled for Thursday outside the old Borg-Warner plant.
Thursday’s food giveaway was cancelled because of the extreme cold weather conditions, so as not to endanger workers or those waiting for the food.
