Police in Kansas have arrested two people for the 2012 shooting of a Kokomo convenience store clerk.
Christopher and Victoria Voiles were arrested after a pursuit near Lawrence, Kansas.
Warrants had been issued in Howard County for the Voiles on charges including Attempted Murder and Robbery Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury for the holdup of the Village Pantry on Lincoln Road in March of 2012. A clerk was shot during the robbery, but survived.
The Voiles are now awaiting extradition back to Howard County.
