Marion Mayor Jess Alumbaugh and key members of his administration will give a snapshot view of the city today during the annual State of the City address.
The Mayor and his team will talk about the status of the city of Marion during an appearance before the Marion-Grant County Chamber of Commerce luncheon at the Ivy Tech Conference Center.
