(?) What shape is the city of Kokomo in right now? Mayor Greg Goodnight will address that tonight during his annual State of the City address prior to the Kokomo City Council meeting.
Mayor Goodnight will review the past year in the city and talk about the coming 12-months as he lays out his vision for Kokomo for 2018.
The State of the City Address is tonight at 6 in the Kokomo City Council chambers and is open to the public.
