Indiana Unemployment At 3.3-Percent

Indiana’s unemployment rate remains one of the lowest in the country, according to the latest figures from the Indiana Department of Workforce Development.

Indiana’s unemployment rate was at 3.3-percent in January and remains lower than the national rate of 4.1 percent. With the exception of one month when it was equal in October of 2014, Indiana’s unemployment rate now has been below the U-S rate for more than four years.

Individual county jobless rates in Indiana will released later this week.
