Police in Wabash County are investigating the death of a Lafontaine man who was found dead in his home Wednesday morning.
Indiana State Police and Wabash County Sheriff’s deputies were called to the home after receiving a 9-1-1 call. Authorities found 22-year-old Jordan Richards dead inside the home.
According to police, a home health care nurse who had been making daily checks on Richards found him dead. Richards had a medical condition that required a nurse to check on him twice daily.
Investigators are treating the death as “suspicious.” State Police have released no other details.
