Unemployment went up slightly in Howard and most surrounding counties in June, according to the Indiana Department of Workforce Development.
Howard County’s jobless rate is now an even four-percent. The highest jobless rate in this area is Miami County at 4.2-percent, while Tipton County has the lowest jobless rate in this area at 3.3-percent.
