A Fairmount man has entered a guilty plea in Miami County to a charge of Child Molestation for allegedly having sex with a young girl in early 2017.
27-year old Kevin Brown of Fairmount pleaded guilty under terms of a plea agreement that will have him serve nine-years in prison with three-years suspended to probation. He will also have to register with the state as a sex offender.
Under the plea agreement, Brown admitted to having sex with a girl under the age of 14 at a home in Peru in early 2017.
He’ll be formally sentenced on the charge in February.
