A rural Marion home suffered heavy damage during a fire Tuesday night.
Washington Township and several other rural fire units were called to the home in the 26-hundred block of North Lagro Road.
Three occupants of the home were able to escape without harm, but the home sustained heavy fire and smoke damage.
The cause of that fire remains under investigation.
