Former Indiana Governor Evan Bayh is weighing in on the lineup for the first Democratic 2020 debates.
He told Fox News he doubts many of the 24 Democrat candidates will make it to the first votes in Iowa.
Bayh expects to see two major tactics in the debate: appealing to registered Democrats with activism, and candidates finding creative ways to criticize President Trump.
