Indiana Attorney General Greg Zoeller says the lawsuit brought by Superintendent of Public Instruction Glenda Ritz is unauthorized and invalid.
Zoeller filed a motion to strike the court filing. Zoeller says he is the only legal authority who can represent state officials in court. Meanwhile, Ritz says she is open to talks to settle her dispute with the State Board of Education, but also says she will not drop her lawsuit against board members.
