The co-defendant in the killing of Duwayne Lindsey testified that she and her lover carried out the murder of the elderly Marion man in 2012.
Lacy Bradley testified that she and James Griffith beat and stabbed the 81-year old Lindsey to death while robbing him at his home. Bradley testified that Griffith came up with the plan to rob and kill Lindsey and then head to Kentucky. She said they took a large amount of money and weapons from Lindsey’s home after killing him.
She also testified that Lindsey begged for his life while they attacked him.
Griffith and Bradley are both charged with Murder, Robbery and several other charges, but are being tried separately. Bradley waived her right to remain silent before testifying Tuesday. She’s expected to be back on the witness stand again today in Grant County Superior Court One.
