The new Cafe Valley plant in Marion will hold a job fair this Friday and Saturday to begin the process of hiring workers for the facility.

The company plans to hire about 200 workers to open production at the Marion plant, which will open in March to supply baked goods to the eastern United States and overseas locations.

Café Valley Human Resources Director Katherine Kuhn says the job fair Friday and Saturday at the Marion Ivy Tech location will begin a comprehensive hiring process...

Kuhn says positions open ranging from Plant Manager to Production to Maintenance workers.  About 200 workers will be hired to open the Marion plant in March.

The job fair will take place Friday at Ivy Tech from 10 a-m until 4 p-m and Saturday from 9 until noon.

A large turnout is expected for the hiring event.
