Cunningham Says 2014 will be Active for IACCAC

by Sammy Edmonds posted Dec 4 2013 10:11AM
Grant County Community Corrections Executive Director Chris Cunningham says 2014 will be an active year once legislation rolls out enacting major code revisions.
Effective in July, House Bill 10-06 will revise the four classes of felonies into six classes, which could impact county correctional services.
Cunningham will be a voice for Grant County serving next year as President-Elect of the Indiana Association of Community Corrections Act Counties...
82 of the state’s 92 counties receive funding through the Indiana Code, under which the changes will be implemented.
