Day Joins Ballot for Sheriff Primary Race

Marion Deputy Police Chief David Day has officially filed as a candidate in the race for Grant County Sheriff in the May Primary.  Day is the fourth candidate on the Republican ticket for the office.
 
He faces colleague DetectiveCaptain Jay Kay, Grant County Sheriff’s Captain Kevin Pauley and Sheriff’s Detective Captain Reggie Nevels.
 
No one has filed on the Democratic ticket.
