The Grant County Emergency Management Agency is offering county residents the chance to file electronically for Disaster Relief Aid.
The County’s Emergency Operations Center is now open on the 4th Floor of the County Complex for residents who suffered damage in last Sunday’s storms to file damage reports with the State Department of Homeland Security. Those claims will be used by state and federal officials to see if Grant County qualifies for State and Federal Disaster Assistance.
Persons wanting to use the Emergency Management Agency’s computers to file such a claim can do so daily from 9 a-m to 3:30 p-m through next Wednesday. The claims will then be added up to see if Grant County qualifies for assistance.
