Officials with the Grant County Emergency Management Agency are warning area residents about changing weather conditions and dangers that could exist later today.
Heavy rain and strong thunderstorms are possible late today and early this evening. That, coupled with rapid snow melt, could create flooding problems in many areas.
E-M-A officials say low-lying areas along rivers and creeks could see water rise rapidly and many roads could become water covered and impassible. Police say never drive through moving water and avoid water that is completely crossing a roadway.
The entire area remains under a Flood Watch through early Friday morning, as well as a Wind Advisory through Friday evening.
