The Federal Emergency Management Agency has denied Indiana’s appeal for federal assistance from the severe storms that hit parts of the state on November 17th.
Grant, Howard, Boone, Daviess, Fountain and Tippecanoe counties were denied again by FEMA for unspecified reasons.
State officials first filed for assistance on December 11th, but were denied. Governor Mike Pence then appealed the decision and was denied again by FEMA.
