Howard County Emergency Warning System

Howard County officials hope to have an emergency warning system in place early next year, just in time for severe spring weather.
The city of Kokomo has been criticized for not having warning sirens to alert residents of weather emergencies.
The Howard County Commissioners this week approved funding for a mass notification system called “Everbridge,” which is currently being used in several Indiana counties.
