Lifestyle: App Helps Control Caffeine Consumption

If you want to keep track of your coffee consumption, there's an app for that.
"UP Coffee" is a free app from Jawbone that correlates your caffeine intake with your height, weight, gender and the time you'd like to go to sleep.
The company analyzed the data from more than five-thousand nights of snoozing to program the app.
You just need to log each coffee you drink, and the app will warn you if it will interfere with your sleep.
