Lights are Coming Back on in Grant/Howard Counties

by Sammy Edmonds posted Dec 3 2013 2:38PM
Residents in Grant County may have power restored sooner than Friday as anticipated.  Around two-thousand Indiana Michigan Power customers remain in the dark since Sunday’s ferocious storms.  I & M Spokesman Tracy Warner says all power in the Marion area should be restored by 4pm Thursday.

Meanwhile, Duke Energy power crews are making significant progress in the Kokomo area.  What once was ten-thousand customers without power has dropped to around 3-thousand.  Duke officials are still aiming to restore power to all in the Kokomo district by noon today (Wed).
