More and more school districts across the country have placed a ban on electronic cigarettes and vaporizers as the fad continues to grow among teens.
Mississinewa High School Principal Steve Quaderer says they’ve had recent incidents both on the school bus and inside the school that led to their decision to ban them. He says they’ve been challenged because some don’t contain nicotine, so they’ve decided to keep the rules simple and ban them completely.
He says R.J. Baskett Middle School is also planning to ban e-cigarettes in the near future.
Not only schools are stepping up against them. Some cities across the nation have also banned electronic smoking devices from several public establishments.
