Peru Store Owner Arrested on Synthetic Drug Charges

Indiana State Police Excise officers and Peru Police have arrested a convenience store owner on several drug-related charges. 36-year old Amin Ali Saleh of Peru is charged with possession of synthetic marijuana, possession of a lookalike substance, dealing in synthetic marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police seized about 20 grams of synthetic marijuana and hundreds of items of drug paraphernalia from the store.
Officers are also looking into possible counterfeiting and forgery charges as well.
