Storm Closings Continue Into Tuesday

The snow isn’t falling, but it is blowing in Grant County and continues to cause massive problems, as do wind chills of 30 to 40 below zero.  The area remains under a Winter Storm Warning through late afternoon because of blowing and drifting snow as well as a Wind Chill Warning through Tuesday night because of dangerous wind chills.
 
Grant County and almost all surrounding counties remaining under a Travel Warning, which restricts travel on roadways to emergencies only.
 
The Grant County Commissioners have already decided to close all county government offices again on Tuesday because of the conditions and several area schools have already decided to close again on Tuesday.  The Marion City Council has cancelled its’ meeting scheduled for Tuesday evening.
