Storm Problems are Minor

Area law enforcement agencies report few problems from the storms that blew through the area last night and early today.
 
Heavy rain and strong winds rolled through Indiana Thursday evening, causing problems in Southern Indiana but relatively few in this part of the state.
 
Duke Energy reports scattered power outages still exist in parts of Madison and Hamilton counties this morning, but Indiana-Michigan Power reports few...if any...customer outages right now.
 
Some parts of the area got one to as much as two-and-a-half inches of rain Thursday.
 
The biggest problem reported was a delay in most Trick-Or-Treating hours because of the weather.  Most communities will hold Trick-Or-Treating this evening.
