Forecasters say East-Central Indiana will receive up to 3 inches of snow before the Tuesday morning rush. The Indiana Department of Transportation says road conditions will be challenging for motorists particularly in the early morning hours. Strong winds are expected to cause blowing and drifting snow following the storm. INDOT officials say they plan to routinely salt the roads, but say with falling temperatures, the salt and other melting agents may not have an immediate effect on road conditions.
