Madison County authorities say one person is dead and another is in critical condition after a shooting in Chesterfield Monday evening.
Police found two people with apparent gunshot wounds. Both were taken to Anderson hospitals.
Police say 20-year old Jalynn Harman of Muncie died from her injuries. The other victim, identified only as a male, is in critical condition.
A suspect fled from the shooting scene, but Madison County sheriff’s Deputies say a person of interest in the case had been located and was being interviewed by police.
