A Howard County subdivision that has suffered with flooding problems for years may soon get relief.
The Ivy Hills Subdivision has battled flooding of storm water for years. The Howard County Commissioners want to build a retention lake nearby to alleviate the problem.
Barring problems, county officials say work on the Ivy Hills project could begin in the spring.
