A Kokomo housing development project plans to add 220 homes to the Webster Crossing subdivision area over the next four to six years.
Arbor Homes has received initial approval from the Kokomo Plan Commission for a 52-acre site to be called
Webster Estates.
Once governmental approval is received, developers say work on the project should begin quickly.
