An argument Police say was over a woman led to a man being shot at a west side Marion parking lot late Tuesday afternoon.
Police were called to the parking lot of King Gyro’s on Miller Avenue where a man had been shot. 38-year old Samuel Parisaca of Marion had been shot in the shoulder following an argument. He was treated and later released from Marion General Hospital.
Police arrested 47-year old Jeffrey Joseph of Marion was charged with Battery involving Serious Bodily Injury and other charges. He’s now in the Grant County Jail.
