A comprehensive program aimed at tackling the drug crisis in Howard County is expected to begin in early April.
Howard County Commissioner Paul Wyman announced that the Systems of Care program, unveiled last fall during an opioid summit, has received funding and will start providing local services in the coming months.
Wyman says when it opens, the programs will be administered at an office on the third floor of the Family Service Association on South Main Street.
