City officials may soon purchase property that’s currently owned by the Kokomo School Corporation that has drawn interest from developers.
The Kokomo School Board and City Board of Works have both approved a purchase agreement for property in the 22-hundred block of North Washington Street that’s currently a vacant piece of land. The land is the former home of Roosevelt School, which was demolished in 2002.
