Howard County Democratic Precinct Committeemen will meet next Thursday evening to decide who won the County Council District 3 nomination after the race ended in a tie, even after a recount.
Leslie Fatum and Les Ellison both received 378 votes, so now the caucus will decide the winner and who gets to run in the General Election in November.
