The Marion Board of Works has started the New Year with new leadership.
Jocelyn Whitticker was chosen Monday as President of the Board for 2019, replacing Linda Wilk. The new Vice-President is Brian Flynn.
The board authorized Marion Fire Chief Geoff Williams to advertise for a new Engineer for the Fire Department. That’s to fill a vacancy that was created recently when former Engineer Jeremy Gardner was promoted to Captain.
