Fire Thursday evening caused heavy damage to a home in rural southeastern Grant County.
Firefighters from Fairmount, Mill Township and Matthews were called to a home at 70-93 South Wheeling Pike at about 7:30 last night. It took firefighters nearly two hours to completely put out the flames.
No injuries were reported in that fire and the cause is under investigation.
