Former Grant County Prosecutor Jim Luttrull Junior has a new job with the Indiana Department of Child Services.
Luttrull has been named the General Counsel of the D-C-S Litigation Division. He’ll oversee 164 staff attorneys and 18 Chief Counsels within the D-C-S Legal Division.
Luttrull calls it quite an honor to be chosen for the position.
Luttrull spent four-years as Deputy Grant County Prosecutor, then 16-years as the County Prosecutor. He lost in his quest for a fifth term in last May’s Republican Primary to now-Prosecutor Rodney Faulk.
