The woman who has been the Assistant Director of the Muncie Animal Shelter has gotten a promotion.
Melissa Blair has been promoted to Director of Muncie Animal Care and Services, after serving three years as the assistant. Blair had been the Interim Director since early December, following the resignation of Director Phil Peckinpaugh.
