Second Harvest Food Bank of East Central Indiana will hold a tailgate food giveaway Thursday morning in the east parking lot of the Muncie Mall.
Needy Delaware County residents can pick up free food Thursday morning from 8 until 10, or until the food is all gone. There will be a limit of three families per vehicle during the distribution.
