The preliminary hearing of a Gaston man is today in Blackford Circuit Court. 32-year old Joshua L. Lacy of Gaston was charged with dealing in meth, possession of meth and possession of paraphernalia in Montpelier last Tuesday. His dealing charge is a Level 4 felony with a maximum 12-year sentence.
Police said Lacy was observed walking with a backpack, later determined to contain meth and drug paraphernalia. According to The Star Press, he reportedly admitted to “possession and dealing the methamphetamine” during an interview with police.
