A new law will allow sexual assault survivors in Indiana to track their evidence.
Governor Holcomb this week signed a measure to track rape kits to provide accountability for how they are handled.
The law will also provide reimbursements for facilities that provide forensic medical exams. It comes after the state faced accusations that kits were getting lost or being left untested.
