A father and step mother were charged with murder among other crimes Friday in Bloomington after an autopsy discovered their 12-year-old child starved to death, according to the Associated Press.
Police say the father was in possession of a video which showed the boy’s hands and feet bound in a motel bathtub.
They previously lived in Florida, but were visiting Indiana to promote a circus.
