April of next year is when you can expect to start experiencing what the new Bottleworks District in Indianapolis has to offer.
Restaurants, retail and apartments will be some of the districts main attractions.
Rob Gerbitz, CEO of Hendricks Commercial Properties, who is tasked with building the district on land where an old Coca-Cola bottling plant used to be, told Inside Indiana Business a big priority for the project will be securing tenants to occupy office space.
