The Star Press reports that a Muncie businessman has been indicted by an FBI investigation of Mayor Dennis Tyler’s administration and the Muncie Sanitary District.
The FBI indicted 51-year-old Rodney Barber on counts of wire fraud, conspiracy to commit wire fraud and making a false statement.
The agency alleges Barber gave financial kickbacks to an official in the Muncie Sanitary District, among other things.
